The Ancient Italian Tarot is a tarot card that embodies the traditional beauty and creativity of Italy.
This tarot has its roots in the earliest 15th century models and is a reproduction of an Italian tarot created in the 1880s of the 19th century.
Each card is exquisitely designed, avoiding the monotony of woodblock prints and featuring elegant, refined lines.
For example, "The Magician" (Il Bagatto) is depicted with a workmanlike pose, "The Lovers" (Gli Amanti) depicts a love scene with a woman in an ermine robe, and "The Wheel of Fortune" (La Ruota) is intriguingly decorated, further enhancing its symbolic meaning.
The set consists of 78 cards, 22 called the Major Arcana and 56 called the Minor Arcana. All the names on the cards are in Italian.
The back of the card is a type that makes it impossible to distinguish between upright and reversed positions.
