The Celestial Tarot follows the traditional structure of the Tarot, but draws on the traditions of astrology, astronomy and mythology.
The 22 cards of the Major Arcana are represented by the 12 zodiac signs and the 10 planets of modern astrology, while the Minor Arcana depict the "extra-zodiac" signs.
In the Court Cards, the Princesses represent the seasons, while the Prince, Queen, and King represent the stationary, mutable, and cardinal signs of each element.
The artwork is dreamy and detailed, with gold, white, lilac, blue and green colors set against a dark background.
The set consists of 78 cards, 22 of which are called the Major Arcana and 56 of which are called the Minor Arcana.
The back of the card is indistinguishable between upright and reversed positions. The case is a caramel box type.
