The Ryukyu Zodiac Dragon Cards are cards inspired by the ancient mythology of Okinawa.
At the heart of this mythology is the story of the gods Tenryu-Omikami and Ame-no-Otohime. According to legend, Tenryu-Omikami and Ame-no-Otohime are gods who play important roles in Ryukyu mythology, and the dragons they created are deeply connected to Okinawa's nature and culture.
The cards are based on the dragons that appear in this myth, and their beautiful designs symbolize the mystical worldview of the Ryukyus.
There are 29 cards in total, and the case comes in a hard cover box.
