The watercolor illustrations, painted in soft, gentle colors, are simply beautiful on each card. The number 13, "Death," is different from the usual Death card in that it depicts the immortal phoenix, which is said to be immortal and live forever.

The Minor Arcana consists of four suits: "Wands," "Cups," "Swords," and "Pentacles." Each suit consists of a number card from 1 to 10 and four court cards. The court cards are a combination of "King," "Queen," "Knight," and "Page."

The reverse pattern is indistinguishable between upright and reversed positions.
