Guidelines for handling intellectual property rights such as copyrights for the products we handle
Regarding use of products on social media etc.
As a premise, copyright belongs to the publisher, author, and artist. Use beyond the scope of general copyright use is not permitted.
The Agency for Cultural Affairs has provided a detailed explanation of the scope of intellectual property rights it handles.

When quoting, please clearly state the product title, book title, etc., and use within the bounds of common sense without exceeding the scope of the quotation.
If you plan to post on social media etc., please use your own discretion and responsibility when operating and distributing.
Examples of use without problems
- 〇 Publishing on the blog
- There is no problem with publishing the results of your reading and an introduction to the cards on your own blog.
- 〇 Release as a video
- You are welcome to post videos of your reading results and card introductions on your own YouTube channel, etc.
- Posting to social media
- There is no problem with posting the results of your reading and an introduction to the cards on your own social media accounts.
- 〇 Providing readings
- There is no problem with offering readings using tarot cards or oracle cards for a fee (this arises from the "technology/service" of readings, and does not constitute commercial use of tarot cards or oracle cards themselves).
Examples of illegal uses
- × Merchandise production and sales
- It is prohibited to produce or sell merchandise using images or product photos of tarot cards or oracle cards.
Example: Create and sell a calendar featuring one card for each month...
- × Use of the image only
- If you wish to cut out and use only the image portion, you will need to enter into a separate contract with the artist who created the image. Our company is not involved in the rights to the image portion alone.
Example: Creating a banner by cutting out only the image part...
- × Automatic reading
- Providing a system for conducting readings using only images of oracle cards and text from a guidebook, without the interpretation of the person giving the reading, is considered to go "beyond the scope of quotation" and is therefore illegal.
Example: Create a web page or app that randomly displays card images and descriptions...
- × Creation of pirated cards
- Unauthorized reproduction or republication is subject to criminal penalties under copyright law.
- × Card image editing
- Modifying images based on tarot cards or oracle cards may be considered to go beyond the scope of quotation and may be illegal.
Example: Tarot cards and oracle cards are processed so that their original state cannot be recognized, and then offered as image material.
*Infringement of copyright or intellectual property rights may result in direct litigation with the copyright holder in the country of origin. Please note that we will not intervene in resolving such disputes.
